FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • How Do I rent an eBike?
    You can either go to the main menu at the top and click on “RENTALS” or click on the “CHECK AVAILABILITY” button at the bottom of each eBike selection on the homepage.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Customers can receive a full refund or credit if the booking cancellation is made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. No-shows will be charged the full price.
  • Is a helmet and bike lock included?
    Yes. A helmet and bike lock is included with each eBike you rent. There is a $40 replacement fee if any helmet or bike lock is not returned or is severely damaged.
  • Can your eBikes be delivered and picked up?
    Yes. We offer free eBike delivery and pickup to the trailhead of your choice or place of lodging in the St. George, UT area according to your scheduled eBike delivery and pickup times selected during your booking process.
  • What if my bike runs out of battery?
    Our ebike batteries are fully charged when delivered. However, riders need to make an effort to preserve their battery by using the pedal assist as necessary.
  • What if I damage the bike?
    As part of our waiver, renters agree to pay for all damages incurred during their rental above any normal riding wear and tear.
  • What if the bike is stolen?
    During your rental period, the security and responsibility of the eBike will fall to the renter. We provide a bike lock at no extra cost in case you decide to park the eBike and leave it. We highly recommend that you lock the eBike to a bike rack made out of metal or a metal railing.
