WHEN PREPARING FOR YOUR BIKE TRAIL RIDING ADVENTURE, MAKE SURE TO BRING THE  IMPORTANT ITEMS NECESSARY FOR HYDRATION AND WILL PROTECT YOU FROM THE ELEMENTS

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING BEFORE SETTING OFF ON YOUR ADVENTURE

  • ​Hydration pack. Water bottles or backpack hydration system.

  • Nutrition items like sports nutrition bars, Your favorite Trail Mix of dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Each are a concentrated source of carbohydrates and will help keep your body supplied with energy.

  • Personal items like your keys, mobile phone, and wallet.

  • Paper Bike trail map in case you can't get a signal on your mobile device.

  • Sunglasses to protect your eyes from wind, glare and the bright desert sun.

  • Plenty of Sunscreen to help protect you  from getting sunburn. There isn’t a lot of shade on most bike trails.

  • Moisturizing Lip balm to help protect your lips from the sun and prevent them from losing moisture and becoming irritated, dry or cracked.
